Precision Engagement: Find Adult Learners with Smarter Data with CollegeApp

Join CollegeAPP and explore how person-level modeling transforms how institutions identify and engage adults seeking education and training. Using advanced predictive models and a vast database, we strategically connect learners to initiatives such as re-engaging adults without a high school credential, supporting some-college-no-degree stop-outs, veteran outreach, online programs, and high-demand fields like Mechatronics and Medical Coding.
Our approach helps colleges maximize resources, align outreach with grants and funding opportunities, and drive enrollment in workforce programs. Highlighting our work in North Carolina and the Credentials As You Go initiative, we’ll demonstrate how data-driven strategies—modeled after successful political and commercial campaigns—can effectively reach adult learners and support long-term educational and career success.
