This introductory session provides a practical overview of Integrated Education & Training (IET) and its role in advancing WIOA Title II outcomes. Participants will review required IET components, explore North Carolina implementation examples, and identify key partners, including workforce boards and employers. The session includes planning tools and clear action steps to help programs launch or strengthen IET offerings that support measurable skill gains, credential attainment, and employment outcomes.
